Why not register these Dalmatians who do not have the HUA gene???  They are as Dalmatian as the rest of our spotted dogs.  Those who want the gene in their line can then breed to them... and those that do not want to breed to LUA Dals, DO NOT need to breed into those lines.  It is as simple as reading a pedigree!
