It is with great enthusiasm that I'm casting a Yes vote.  I know without a doubt that my Dalmatians know what's going on in their daily lives at a level of comprehension and feeling comparable to young humans.  Although it was a bit of a learning curve, I've learned to understand dog-speak.  Whenever they suffer they come to me to make it better.  They trust me with all their heart.  Unconditionally. 
 
It would be completely irresponsible, cruel, and an abuse of power (over Dalmatians) for the DCA not to discuss the possibility of AKC registration of the descendants of the Dalmatian-Pointer cross knowing what we know now about findings during recent Dalmatian uric acid research.  It is time to rescind the 1984 vote, 24 years ago, before certain information was discovered, and explore this.
